The University of Alabama softball team already knew the who, and the where. With the completion of all 16 regionals on Sunday, it now knows the when. 

The Tuscaloosa Super Regional, featuring the No. 5 Crimson Tide against the No. 12 Northwestern Wildcats, will initially be a prime-time affair with the first two games set to be played at night at Rhoads Stadium. 

  • Game 1: Friday, 7 p.m. CT, ESPN2
  • Game 2: Saturday, 8 p.m., ESPN
  • Game 3: Sunday, 3 p.m., ESPN

Every game will be shown on the ESPN Networks. 

The winners of the 16 Super Regionals will be determined in a best-of-three games, setting up the eight-team Women's College World Series field in Oklahoma City. Specifically, the winner of the Tuscaloosa Super Regional will open the double-elimination tournament against the winner of the Knoxville Super Regional.
