Where Alabama Softball is Ranked After Week 5
Alabama softball began conference play this weekend and dropped its first series at home against Florida. However, the Crimson Tide did salvage the last game of the series with an impressive 3-0 win over the Gators.
Things don't get any easier for Alabama with a midweek matchup at No. 18 Florida State on Wednesday and a three-game series at No. 5 Georgia starting on Friday.
With the two losses the Crimson Tide moved down a few spots in the rankings. Here is where Alabama is ranked in the polls after five full weeks of play:
