FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas quarterback commit Grayson Wilson saw his recruiting stock rise to 4-star Wednesday when Rivals updated its 2025 winter evaluations. The 6-3, 205 dual threat now ranks No. 5 at his position.

“It’s a great honor and it shows that all the hard work pays off,” Wilson tells allHogs. “I have been working for a while for it and I’m not done! Really looking forward to this season!”

The rising senior has thoroughly impressed scouts with his passing ability this winter. Wilson attended the U.S. Army Combine and performed well enough to receive an invite to their all-star game next January.

As a junior, Wilson made great strides being mentored by former Missouri assistant and first year coach, Ryan Howard. He led his Mustangs to a 9-3 overall record and deep playoff run, completing 68% of his passes for 3,413 yards passing, 41 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Wilson tacked on another 837 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground.

Wilson has grown into his body over the past few months. He’s grown over two inches since committing last April and now stands at 6-4, 205 pounds. His CAC Mustangs made a deep run in the playoffs last season finishing with a 9-3 record overall.

With five commitments, Arkansas sits No. 20 nationally and No. 8 in the Rivals 2025 recruiting rankings. Of the five Razorback pledges, three prospects are 4-stars. Offensive lineman Carius Curne of Marion and running back Jamarion Parker of St. Louis are the two other 4-star’s.

For the state of Arkansas, all prospects rated by Rivals are 4-stars. Uncommitted players include No. 1 overall player Omarion Robinson (Little Rock Parkview) and former commitment Marcus Wimberly (Bauxite).

Bryant running back Daniel Anderson is current committed to Notre Dame. Anderson is ranked as the No. 3 overall prospect in the state for 2025. He pledged to Marcus Freeman and the Fighting Irish in late September.
