FRISCO, Texas – There's not a more common ground among SEC fans than the doldrums of July and August as they patiently wait for college football season to kick off. 

With the sport technically starting a week from now with a handful of Week 0 games, SEC Roll Call's Matt Mitchell got together with a few buddies down the road in Alabama from SEC Shorts to capture frighteningly desperate things people do to get by until the season starts to help pass the time for one lsat weekend.
