Razorbacks Lose Top Tackler to Transfer Portal
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas has reportedly lost their leading tackler Jaheim Thomas to the transfer portal according to reports. Thomas led the Razorbacks with 90 tackles to go along with 3.5 sacks, ranking third on the team.
The Cincinnati, Ohio native spent his first two seasons as a Cincinnati Bearcat before transferring to the Hogs. Thomas follows Chris Paul Jr. to the transfer portal after Paul left Fayetteville for Ole Miss. The Razorbacks will be without its top two tacklers from last season with a combined 174 tackles. Thomas is also the fourth linebacker to transfer joining Paul, Jordan Crook, and Mani Powell.
The Razorbacks are now counting on its incoming class to fill the void with the likes of Georgia transfer Xavian Sorey and freshman Wyatt Simmons.
