In this story:

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas fans couldn't help but notice Houston coach Kelvin Sampson's interview with the Milwaukee Bucks and start speculation about Eric Musselman's future intentions. There is not a single shred of evidence he's interested in going much of anywhere.

Yeah, I'm well aware he's been hanging out at the NBA Combine, but the Razorbacks' coach is somewhat of a gym rat basketball junkie (he would probably like that description). It's one of those great things that fans know more about what the coach or, in this particular case, his family really want.

He hit the road Wednesday for the NBA Combine and caught a Chicago White Sox game, but then he's not just a basketball junkie, he pretty much follows everything in sports and runs at high speed with minimal drag.

Now whether Sampson even has a decision to make (remember, an interview doesn't mean there's a job offer), the Cougars are getting ready to start play in the Big 12 this year so it's a major step up for that program.

Naturally, though, Hog fans started speculating about Musselman's possible future plans. They've been raising that question almost since the day he was hired. A lot of fans assumed he was taking the Arkansas job as a stepping stone back to the NBA.

Of course fans and a lot of media folks with the Hogs always assume coaches would have to want a job for more money or whatever. Remember, they are dealing what an entire set of circumstances (or have a clue about those money levels) they use to make a decision on their futures. We just get to guess.
