D'Angelo Barber has signed with the Auburn Tigers.

The three-star linebacker is coming off of a clutch performance in his state title game, making the game-saving tackle at the one-yard line to give Clay-Chalkville the victory.

Barber is the No. 52 linebacker and the No. 30 player in the state of Alabama according to the 247Sports composite ratings.

Here's a look at Barber as a prospect.

Size: 6-foot-0, 221 pounds

Position: Linebacker

High School: Clay-Chalkville

Recruitment: Barber, who was offered by eight SEC schools, took two visits to Auburn before and after his commitment on July 4th. Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Tennessee, UCF, and Texas A&M were among the notable offers Barber received.

Notes: During his junior season, Barber racked up a ridiculous 115 tackles, nine tackles for loss, two sacks, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.

Barber's senior season saw him make the final, game-saving tackle against Saraland to give Clay-Chalkville a 6A AHSAA state championship.

What can Auburn fans expect of Barber?

"Auburn fans can expect nothing but hard work and dedication from me and I'm going to give everything I got to them so I can bring them a national championship," Barber told Montgomery Advertiser.
