Kaleb Harris Signs With Auburn Tigers

One of the state of Alabama's fastest cornerbacks will be playing for the Auburn Tigers. A'Mon Lane is officially in the fold with his signed letter of intent.

Auburn's pass defense needs more speed and depth, and Lane can help make that happen.

Kaleb Harris

Size: 6-foot-1, 190 pounds

Position: Safety

High School: Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson

Recruitment: Florida, Florida State, Tennessee, LSU, and many other programs went after Harris but he chose Auburn on Oct. 23, 2023.

Breakdown: Physical safety that has the ability to run the alleys and be a key run defender. Already has the size to play at the SEC level. Harris could also play in the slot to be hybrid linebacker within the nickel and dime packages.

Area to Improve: Working on coverage skills so he's even more versatile. The better Harris becomes at playing in the deep secondary, the faster he will see the field for the Tigers.

Look for Harris to also be a valuable member of Auburn's special teams.
