Kensley Faustin Signs With Auburn Tigers

Auburn adds talented Florida prep defensive back

The Auburn Tigers have signed a talented all-around defensive back from the state of Florida!

Kensley Faustin

Size: 5-foot-11, 170 pounds

Position: Safety

High School: Naples (Fla.) High School

Recruitment: Arkansas, Missouri, UCF, Colorado, Miami, Penn State, and many other programs came after Faustin prior to him signing with Auburn. He made his commitment on June 13, 2023.

Breakdown: Faustin can be utilized in the slot as a nickel or play in the deep secondary as a safety. His physicality best suits him at either spot, but cornerback cannot be completely ruled out either. 

An aggressive defender, Faustin is accustomed to going against top Florida competition so he will not struggle to adjust to the college level.

Area to Improve: Needs muscle added to his frame. Faustin is a physical player but the added strength is going to make him more durable long-term.
