Auburn wins the series opener over Lipscomb 7-3
Auburn wins game one of the series over Lipscomb by a score of 7-3.
Pitching was all-around great, only allowing three runs on three solo home runs. The Auburn arms combined to strike out 14 Bison hitters.
Kason Howell had three doubles in this ball game, including his 200th career hit. Chris Stanfield had two hits in his first career start.
This was a good win over a great ball club.
Auburn will be back in action tomorrow for game two of the series at 4 pm ct.
Christian Herberholz will get the ball for the Tigers looking to take the series.

Allsup is back out hoping to shut the door.
