Auburn wins game three 4-3 over Lipscomb to complete the sweep
Auburn gets its ninth win of the season over behind a strong pitching effort from Zach Crotchfelt and John Armstrong.
Bryson Ware hit a three-run homer with two outs in the bottom of the eighth to give Auburn the 4-3 lead, then Armstrong shut the door in the ninth.
What an excellent ball game and a big win for the Tigers, helping them to sweep a really impressive mid-major baseball team.
The Tigers will be back in action on Tuesday against UAB at 6 pm ct.

Interesting note: Murphy looked great in that inning. The fastball got up to 94mph and he controlled his off speed pitches. Murphy is a name to note for the Tigers when SEC play approaches.

That was a funny looking play as Stanfield was stealing second when the hit occurred.
LaRue was looking to bunt but a passed ball moves the runners to second and third. Huge right there as Auburn saves the out.
