Auburn was able to hold on in the final minutes to win the game over Ole Miss 78-74.

This win completed the season sweep of the Rebels, which is great as this team has given Auburn fits over the last few seasons. 

Wendell Green led Auburn with 23 points and four assists. Johni Broome was right on his tail with 19 points, eight rebounds, and three assists. 

Jaylin Williams finished with 12 points on 4-7 shooting. Allen Flanigan had a big game scoring 11 points to go along with six rebounds and five assists. 

This was a massive win for the Tigers since they were finally able to close a tight game in the end. 

All the games Auburn has lost over the last few weeks have been close; the Tigers just couldn't close in the last five minutes. 

That was not the case tonight as Auburn took care of business and kept their name in the running for the Big Dance.

An Auburn win means the opposing team received a barrage of memes from the Auburn faithful.
