What did Auburn's head coach have to say after the Tigers took care of business against the Bulldogs?

The No. 13 Auburn Tigers picked up a convincing win over the Georgia Bulldogs to close out the regular season tonight.

What did Auburn head coach Bruce Pearl have to say after the game?

Pearl talked about how pleased he is with everything that Auburn has been able to accomplish so far this season.

"To win 13 games in the league this year is really something," Pearl said. "I'm just very grateful to our players and our coaching staff. This league was daunting, it's the best I've seen it."

Pearl talked about the Bulldogs and what it means to win against them.

"To sweep Georgia matters," Pearl said. "That game still matters. It's Alabama and Georgia, the games that matter, at least to our fanbase, the most. I thought Georgia's team played hard and came out with a good game plan."

Auburn guard Denver Jones had one of his best performances of the season. Pearl talked about how valuable Jones is.

"The thing I love about Denver (Jones) is he's locked in defensively," Pearl said. "He's locked into the scouting reports, he's locked into his work ethic."

The Tigers' next game will be in the SEC Tournament in Nashville, their opponent and game time are to be determined. Each SEC Tournament game can be found on ESPN or the SEC Network. The Auburn Sports Network broadcast can still be streamed anywhere on the Auburn Athletics app.
