Auburn’s A-Day will be the first opportunity for Tigers fans to see several excellent freshmen perform for the first time in Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Here’s a quick overview of the offensive recruits who already enrolled and Auburn football fans should know about. All the scouting reports come from

Walker White, Quarterback, Little Rock (Ark.) Christian Academy

White looks like he’s 22 years old, sans his face. He will be the biggest quarterback on the Auburn roster and it is noticeable. Tremendous arm strength is going to be seen and quickly. He’s a capable runner as well.

Cam Coleman, Wide Receiver, Phenix City (Ala.) Central

The crown jewel of Auburn’s 2024 recruiting class, the 6-foot-4 and 198-pound Coleman is a rare athlete. His lateral quickness, despite being long-legged, stands out. So does his leaping ability and tremendous hands.

When it’s time to run a deep route, not many defensive backs have the open-field speed that Coleman possesses either. He will likely make at least one big play during A-Day going by how well he’s performed during spring practice. Coleman is a three-and-out player who will be seen on NFL Network come 2027.

Bryce Cain, Wide Receiver, Mobile (Ala.) Baker

The speedy and twitchy Cain is lightning in a bottle. He’s playing slot receiver and there are certainly veteran players that will have more playing time, but do not be surprised if Cain has at least one “wow” play today. His athleticism is tremendous.

Favour Edwin, Offensive Tackle, McDonough (Ga.) Eagle’s Landing Christian

Edwin is a welcome addition to an offensive tackle depth chart that has needed transfers in recent years. While Edwin is not expected to start anytime soon, his 6-foot-6 and 300-pound frame are exactly what SEC offensive tackles should look like. He’s light on his feet, so Edwin could end up being Auburn’s starting left tackle one day.

Seth Wilfred, Offensive Line, Ephraim (Utah) Snow College

Auburn dipped into the junior college ranks for Wilfred, a player who could be a future starter along the interior or possibly a starting offensive tackle. Adding more size and power to the depth chart, Wilfred is probably more likely to start in 2025 than in 2024. It will be interesting to see how well he’s adapted to SEC play. He could be called upon to start at some point this season if there are any injuries.
