How does the Auburn fanbase feel about it's team this upcoming season?

There have been plenty of reasons to be excited given by Hugh Freeze and the coaching staff this offseason, and Auburn Undercover decided to find out how the fans feel about the direction of the program among other things.

Nathan King of 247Sports released the results of a fan survey Auburn Undercover performed over the past few weeks. The first two questions the poll asked fans was to predict how many games the Tigers would win in 2023, as well as their placed finish in the SEC West.

According to the fans, Auburn will finish with a record of 8-4 in 2023. 49.7% of the voters believe so. 67.6% of the fans believe the Tigers will placed third or fourth in the SEC West.

King notes that a three-win improvement in Hugh Freeze's first season and a jump from sixth place to third or fourth would be promising to see.

The Tigers kick off the 2023 season on September 2nd at home vs UMass at 2 p.m. CT on ESPN.
