LOOK: Ole Miss fan attempts to troll Keionte Scott and fails miserably

An Ole Miss fan tried to chip at Keionte Scott and it failed.
In this story:

The rivalry that has blossomed between Auburn and Ole Miss is a fun one. With the SEC changing their scheduling procedures for next season, sadly the rivalry will primarily live on social media for the time being.

Early on Signing Day, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin posted "WDE @OleeMissFB" which we all assume was a dig at Auburn for the Rebels potentially stealing Preferred Walk-On Kicker Towns McGough from Auburn High School.

On Thursday, McGough made things official with the Auburn Tigers. This caused Auburn defensive back Keionte Scott to reply back saying "#THECLOSER."

Ole Miss fan Sharp Grantham then tweeted a video trying to embarrass and call out Scott - it didn't go the way he expected it to.

Grantham's post on X showed a touchdown run from Ole Miss quarterback Jaxon Dart when Scott stuck to his assignment to cover the pitchman on the play and to keep containment.

Some Auburn players chimed in to speak for their team mate.

Auburn JACK linebacker Jalen McLeod quoted Grantham's attempt to go after Scott saying "Not his fault...chill lil bro."

Auburn tight end Rivaldo Fairweather quoted the post and said, "Another day, another guy who does not know ball."

Auburn fans are clearly having fun with this. It's been a good week on the Plains.
