Auburn made their first Spring portal move today, and it was for an offensive lineman. Jaden Muskrat, a six-foot-three, 307-pound offensive linemen out of Bentonville, Arkansas, was actually a two-star defensive lineman out of high school. He leaves the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes through the portal and one has to wonder if Auburn’s offensive coordinator's prior relationship with him lead to the offer.

Muskrat played right tackle almost exclusively for the Golden Hurricanes in 2022 logging 846 snaps. He did play left tackle a bit, on a line that Dillon Wade was also on. That indicates a skill level can be moved around the offensive line. He is a great addition of depth to the Auburn offensive line room and should make a great member of the Auburn family.

Auburn football has seen three players officially depart this week, with Tar'Varish Dawson announcing intentions to transfer early Saturday morning.

Dawson joins the following Auburn Tigers that have announced that they will be in the transfer portal.

Defensive lineman Jeffrey M'ba

Linebacker Kameron Brown

Linebacker Desmond Tisdol

The Auburn Tigers have pulled in an impressive haul thus far during Hugh Freeze's first season on the Plains, currently sitting at No. 3 nationally in 247Sports' transfer portal class rankings.
