247Sports compared players in the 2024 recruiting class to former college players who were just taken in the 2023 NFL Draft.

One of the comparisons made by 247Sports was former Kentucky Wildcat and current Tennessee Titan Will Levis and Auburn commit Walker White.

At first, I didn't think this was an accurate comparison then I looked at the tape.

Levis is known for his arm strength, ability to use his legs, and ability to throw on the run.

After watching White's sophomore season tape, I quickly learned he has a rocket launcher for an arm.

He can sling it way downfield without putting a lot behind the ball. His deep ball is effortless, which shows this young quarterback has a cannon.

White also has a Roethlisberger-esque ability to escape a pressured pocket and find an open receiver.

I wasn't aware White was quick on his feet, but goodness, can he scoot.

White rushed for 894 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2022.

So after looking more at this comparison, I believe it is valid as Levis and White share a lot of attributes on a football field.

White is going to be a special player on the Plains in a few years, and It will be a joy to watch him throw touchdowns in Jordan-Hare Stadium.
