ESPN's matchup predictor believes Auburn will win the TransPerfect Music City Bowl

ESPN believes the Auburn Tigers will win the Music City Bowl.

It's game week as the Auburn Tigers are getting ready to head to Nashville and take on the Maryland Terrapins in the TransPerfect Music City Bowl.

This game should be an interesting one as both schools will have players opt out, with the most notable of these players being Maryland quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa.

Tagovailoa not suiting up in this ball game helps the Auburn Tigers, as many of their talented secondary players heading to the NFL will opt out of this game. If he were playing, he would have been throwing against a young secondary that could have given the Terps an advantage.

ESPN's matchup predictor has this game being a close one, but they give Auburn a slight advantage with a 52.3% chance to win this ball game compared to the 47.7% chance Maryland has been given.

Maryland has played some good football this season and hung in with some of the top dogs in college football, so this will be no cakewalk for the Auburn Tigers.

Auburn will need to establish the rushing attack in this football game if they want to take down the Terrapins.

If the Tigers can win this game with some of the youngsters in the lineup, it could be a huge confidence boost for this football team.

The Auburn family will travel in bunches to this game, and you can expect it to be just as crowded as the Auburn-Vanderbilt game in Nashville was a few weeks ago.
