The Yellowhammer State has consistently provided Alabama residents with tremendous high school football. Case in point, the Phenix City Central at Auburn High football game that took place last night.

The final score of 41-20 saw Central pull away, but there was certainly plenty of talent on the field. That included arguably Auburn's No. 1 target that's not already in the fold for Hugh Freeze and his coaching staff, Cam Coleman.

The 6-foot-3 and 190-pound playmaker has been committed to Texas A&M, but the Tigers have not given up. He's one of the nation's top overall recruits. While Auburn High certainly tried to corral Coleman, it certainly did not accomplish its task.

According to Adam Cole of the Opelika-Auburn Daily News, Coleman’s stat line read as follows: 9 receptions, 295 yards, and 4 touchdowns.

Here are a few of the photos of Coleman, and other recruits, from Eric Starling, as he attended the game and represented both the Opelika-Auburn Daily News and Auburn Daily.
