The Horned Frogs will have little to complain about following their 2022 season, as they would be crowned the regular season conference champions. They were dominant in conference play all season long and will look to take that momentum into making a deep run in the Big 12 Tournament.

TCU wins this game if...
Their bats come to life and provide run support for their pitching. Yes, this could be applied to every baseball team ever, but especially for TCU. They won the series against Baylor to open conference play on the back of strong pitching and an offense with a penchant for clutch hitting. If both of those factors show up, this could be a long game for the Bears.
Baylor wins this game if...
They can hold a lead late in the game should they have one. Their season series finale against Oklahoma State could have been a potential sweep for the Bears, as they took game one and led late in both games two and three before surrendering those leads in brutal fashion. If the Bears can learn to hold a lead without having to fight for it back in the late innings, they could give TCU a run for their money in this one.
