Baylor Bears Men’s Basketball Falls to No. 19 in Latest AP Poll
The Baylor Bears men’s basketball team dipped seven spots to No. 19 in the latest Associated Press top 25 poll released on Monday, Jan. 2.
Baylor (10-3) played two games this past week, garnering a blowout victory over Nicholls on Dec. 28 prior to dropping the team’s opening Big 12 game at Iowa State on Dec. 31.
Coach Scott Drew and the Bears aim to bounce back when they host No. 17 TCU on Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 8 p.m. Central Time on ESPN2.
The Big 12 Conference currently has five teams ranked in the polls: No. 3 Kansas, No. 6 Texas, No. 17 TCU, No. 19 Baylor and No. 25 Iowa State.
