Baylor Bears Men’s Basketball Ranked No. 11 in Latest AP Rankings
The Baylor men’s basketball team jumped six spots in the Associated Press top 25 rankings released on Monday, Jan. 23, with the Bears currently sitting at No. 11.
Baylor (16-5, 5-3 Big 12) won both its games this past week, garnering a six-point victory over No. 8 Kansas on Jan. 23 and a three-point win over Arkansas on Jan. 28.
Coach Scott Drew and the Bears aim to continue their winning ways when they host the No. 10 Texas Longhorns on Monday, Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. Central Time on ESPN.
The Big 12 Conference currently has six teams ranked in the Top 25: No. 7 Kansas State, No. 8 Kansas, No. 10 Texas, No. 11 Baylor, No. 13 Iowa State and No. 15 TCU.
