Game Log: No. 7 Baylor Bears Light Up McNeese State at Home
The No. 7 ranked Baylor Bears are back home in the Ferrell Center after a five-point victory over the now No. 19 UCLA Bruins Sunday.
Wednesday's matinee is the first matchup between the Bears and the Cowboys since 2014 and Baylor leads the all-time series 3-0. Baylor's win over UCLA Sunday was their 11th in their last 12 matchups with AP top 10 teams.
Baylor guard LJ Cryer was named Big 12 Player of the Week after finding his range again in the Continental Tire Main Event in Las Vegas over the weekend. Cryer is the second Bear to win the award this season, after Adam Flagler won it the week before.
With a win Wednesday, the Bears will move to 76-4 in their last 80 non-conference home games.

FIRST HALF
UNDER-16: McNeese leads 11-10. L.J. Cryer scores the first 10 points for the Bears with two floaters and two three-pointers. Johnathan Massie and Zach Scott combine to hit three consecutive three-pointers to give McNeese the lead on a 9-0 run before Scott Drew calls timeout.
UNDER-12: McNeese leads 16-15. McNeese continues their torrid pace with their fourth straight three-pointer before Adam Flagler responds with a fadeaway jumper to cut the deficit to 14-12. Langston Love's three cuts the Cowboy lead to 16-15.
UNDER-8: Baylor leads 21-19. Bonner finds a cutting Thamba for a dunk that gives Baylor a 17-16 lead. Cryer and Bridges add baskets to keep the lead.
UNDER-4: Baylor leads 34-27. Keyonte George hits his first shot of the day, a three-pointer, to push the lead to five. Thamba collects a high pass and puts in a layup with a foul. George delivers an alley-oop to Lohner from beyond the three-point arc and then gets fouled on a made layup at the whistle.
Bridges gets to a loose ball and outlets to Cryer for a transition layup to bring the lead to nine, the largest of the game. Bonner drops back to Loehner for a transition layup.
HALFTIME: Baylor 39, McNeese State 30
UNDER-16: Baylor leads 43-32. Flagler starts the scoring with an acrobatic transition layup. A flagrant foul on Flo Thamba leads to just one point for McNeese.
UNDER-12: Baylor leads 57-35. Bridges gets fouled on a dunk attempt but scores anyway. He can not convert the free throw as Baylor is 3-8 from the line today. Love gets a steal on the inbound right under the McNeese basket and lays it in to push the lead to 14, the largest of the game. Flagler hits a three on the next possession. Two possessions later, Flagler hits another three.
UNDER-8: Baylor leads 70-45. Shumate hits an off-balance three to give him nine points and cut the lead to 18. Dale Bonner hits a three after a backcourt violation on McNeese. Ojianwuna takes the lob for a dunk. Langston Love gets an and-one layup off a backcourt steal and converts to make the lead 69-45.
UNDER-4: Baylor leads 89-53. Love buries a three out of the timeout. Thamba gets a steal and Bonner pushes it for a Cryer layup. George hit threes on back-to-back-to-back possessions to push the lead to 36 points. Bonner gets a transition dunk off the steal.
