Coming off a 36-25 loss to the Oklahoma State Cowboys 12 days ago and dropping out of the top 25 for the first time this season, the Baylor Bears look to get back in the win column as they hit the road to take on the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Both teams come into this Thursday night matchup in the bottom half of the Big 12 standings, with the Bears at 1-1 in the conference and the Mountaineers at 0-2 in big 12 play. The Bears are the favorite in this one, but history favors the Mountaineers as Baylor is 0-5 all-time in Morgantown.

The 2022 season has been a struggle so far for the Mountaineers, sitting at 2-3 on the season with their two conference losses coming at the hands of the Kansas Jayhawks and the Texas Longhorns. Baylor has the reverse season record at 3-2, with losses at BYU and at home to Oklahoma State, both top-25 matchups.
