Center Alec Lindstrom Announces Return For 2021 Season

The Eagles will have all five offensive linemen returning in 2021.

Boston College center Alec Lindstrom announced today that he will be returning to Chestnut Hill for his fifth year with the team. 

Lindstrom, the younger brother of Atlanta Falcons guard Chris Lindstrom, came to Boston College in 2016 when he redshirted. This past season he was awarded first team All ACC honors this year after starting all 11 games for the Eagles. In 2019, his first year as a starter he was named All ACC third team starting all thirteen games for the Eagles. The Dudley, MA native also was the host of the BC podcast "Listen Up My Dudes", and had a popular Youtube series centered around his cooking.

Ben Petrula Announces Return to Boston College 

With Lindstrom returning Boston College now officially has their entire offensive line returning for 2021. Earlier this offseason Zion Johnson and Ben Petrula announced they would be returning, while Tyler Vrabel and Christian Mahogany both have additional eligibility. Having all five linemen back is a big deal, and will provide consistency heading into next season.
