Fourth Quarter

AJ Dillon just drives it down Syracuse's throat, great pass as well from Grosel to Ethon Williams who makes his first catch of his career. 58-27 BC
Third Quarter
85 yard touchdown pass from Tommy Devito to Trishton Jackson. 51-27 BC
BC just punted for the first time today, with 4 minutes left in the third quarter.
Five plays, 74 yards for the Eagles. AJ Dillon is killing Syracuse, 51-20 Boston College
First drive by Syracuse and BC holds on a 4th down, poor decision by Devito who dove well short of the sticks.
Second Quarter
Third touchdown pass of the half for Dennis Grosel, this time to Isaiah Miranda 44-20 Boston College
Hunter Long goes down with some injury to his leg, looked like a cramp, but we shall see.
Two plays into the Syracuse drive Tommy Devito reaches for first down, Max Richardson knocks it away and BC recovers
First play of the next drive, David Bailey runs it 74 yards and it is 38-20 Boston College
BC's defense holds Syracuse on a three and out, two plays into the BC drive AJ Dillon takes a misdirection for 54 yards and BC is up 31-20
Another bomb by Dennis Grosel, this time to Zay Flowers, and it's 24-20 Boston College
Orange march down the field on some long passes but BC holds on the goal line led by a sack by TJ Rayam. 20-17 Syracuse
First pass of the second quarter, Dennis Grosel hits Kobay White for a 64 yard touchdown pass! 17-17
First Quarter
David Bailey fumbles, and Syracuse has it again, this time they hit the long pass from Devito to Jackson 17-10 Syracuse
BC drives again, but a big fumble by Hunter Long, Orange ball deep in BC's territory.. Defense tightens up, holds Syracuse to 47 yard field goal. 10-10
Max Richardson fights off block and forces a punt. Defense looks much better on that drive.
Mike Palmer is down, looks like a lower leg injury.
BC storms back, nice runs by David Bailey and Zay Flowers, along with a first down pass to Ben Glines, David Bailey runs 29 yards out. BC is KILLING Syracuse up front. 10-7 Boston College
After a controversial disputed forward pass, that clearly looked like a forward pass past the line of scrimmage, refs have it stand though. Tommy Devito hits Hackett for a touchdown pass. BC's defense looks as overwhelmed as last week. 7-3. Syracuse
BC wins the coin toss and elects to receive. BC's offensive line is killing Syracuse's front seven, and Syracuse is allowing long runs to David Bailey and AJ Dillon. Great sneak as well by Dennis Grosel for a first down. Can't punch it in though, Aaron Boumerhi with a 21 yard field goal. 3-0 Boston College
