The transfer portal cycle was full of ups and downs for BYU and most college football programs across the country. In total, BYU saw 20 players leave the program and enter the transfer portal while 21 transfers committed to BYU.

More transfer movement could still happen in the next few weeks, but for the most part, the transfer class has settled. In this article, we track the transfers both in and out of the BYU football program.

BYU's Transfer Class By the Numbers

  • Nine transferred from G5 programs
  • Seven transferred from FCS programs

Of the 20 players that entered the transfer portal and left the program:

  • Eight transferred to P5 programs
  • Two transferred to G5 programs
  • Seven transferred to FCS programs
  • Two have not found a transfer destination

Below is a breakdown of all 41 players that either transferred in or out of the BYU football program in this transfer cycle.
