The month of June is always an important month for recruiting. The recruiting activity in June lays the foundation for the upcoming recruiting class. So far, BYU has landed three commitments this month from Ryner Swanson, Enoch Watson, and Thomas Prassas. The Cougars have also hosted some of their top targets for official visits like quarterback Maealiuaki Smith and offensive lineman Ikinasio Tupou. The most important weekend of the month starts today when BYU will kick off a crucial weekend of official visits.

BYU is set to host Kash Dillon, Ephraim Asiata, Faletau Satuala, Davis Andrews, Carson Su'esu'e, and Jett Nelson for official visits. Most of these recruits are taking their last official visits before making their college decisions. We preview their visits below.

Kash Dillon - DL

Corner Canyon's Kash Dillon told Cougs Daily that he will take an official visit this weekend. Dillon's recruitment has turned into a classic showdown between BYU and Utah.

"It’s down to BYU and Utah," Dillon told Cougs Daily. "I’d like to announce by mid-July if not sooner." Dillon held competing offers from various Power Five programs like Washington, Arizona State, Washington State, Arizona, Oregon State, and Vanderbilt among others.

Davis Andrews - DB/LB

American Fork's Davis Andrews has already taken official visits to Notre Dame, UCLA, and Utah. He will take his fourth and final official visit to BYU. Andrews is one of the most coveted recruits in the state in the 2024 class and BYU would do very well to add him to the 2024 class.

Faletau Satuala - DB

Bountiful safety prospect Faletau Satuala posted on Instagram that he will be in Provo for an official visit this weekend. Satuala, like Andrews and Dillon, is one of the top recruits in the state. He's been viewed as a Utah lean from the beginning, but it's been three weeks since his Utah official visit and he hasn't committed to the Utes yet. BYU has a chance to make a final impression before he makes his college decision.

Ephraim Asiata - DL

Ephraim Asiata, the son of former Utah legend Matt Asiata, will be in Provo this weekend according to his Twitter.

The Asiata name has been synonymous with Utah football for years, but that won't stop BYU from making its best recruiting pitch. Ephraim has already been on campus for visits in the past and he attended BYU's high school camp earlier this month.

Carson Sue'esu'e - QB

Quarterback Carson Su'esu'e will be in Provo this weekend as well. Sue'esu'e holds competing offers from Tennessee, Pitt, Utah, Arizona, Utah State, UNLV, and Hawaii among others. He was in Logan for an official visit last week.

Jett Nelson - TE

American Fork's Jett Nelson will be in Provo for an official visit accord to Jeff Hansen of Give 'Em Hell Brigham and Cougar Sports Insider. Nelson is a developmental prospect with a high ceiling. BYU is the only school to offer Nelson at this point, making the Cougars the front-runner at this point.
