Cal’s women’s basketball team recorded a fourth verbal commitment for the class of 2020 when Ornela Muca of Greece verbally committed to Cal earlier this week, according to Bear Insider.

Muca is a 5-foot-8 point guard who averaged 14.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists while playing for Albania in the Under-18 European championships.

All four commitments have come in recent days as new Cal coach Charmin Smith (pictured above) continues to show her recruiting skills.

In Greece she plays for Panathinaikos AC.

“I was very impressed and excited when I visited Cal,” Muca told Bear Insider. “First of all, I loved the campus and San Francisco, in general. Everything there seemed just perfect for me. I also liked the fact that there is such a strong community on campus. There’s a lot of support from all the people on and off campus for other people.”
