Colorado Walk-On WR Transfer Cole Boscia Commits to Cal
Wide receiver transfer Cole Boscia, who was a walk-on redshirt freshman at Colorado this past season, announced on Thursday that he has committed to Cal, presumably as a walk-on.
.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Boscia played in five games for Colorado as a redshirt freshman in 2023 but did not record any statistics.
He is from Danville and attended Monte Vista High School, where he had 63 catches for 969 yards and 10 touchdowns over two seasons.
Cal has had success with walk-ons. Wide receiver Trond Grizzell and tight end Jack Endries were both in the Bears' starting lineup for the Independence Bowl, and both came to Cal as walk-ons.
