Arrinten Page Details Why He Chose Cincinnati in Transfer Portal

CINCINNATI — New Bearcats forward Arrinten Page broke down what made him pick Cincinnati basketball in the transfer market.
Cincinnati pursued him on the recruiting trail and eventually got him in the fold after one season at USC.
"First I want to say he (Wes Miller) recruited me out of high school," Page said. "After taking a second look, I realized that this was the place for me. What stuck out to me was just their persistence. They were always genuine about their intentions. And I can just tell that they have my best interests in mind."
The 6-11, 220-pound center was a four-star, top-60 prospect that had UC in his final group in high school. Now, he's continuing his career in Clifton.
Page should fill into the frontcourt rotation nicely after averaging 3.1 points and 2.4 rebounds in 10 minutes per game as a freshman.
