Cincinnati Bearcats Slight Betting Favorites Against Dayton
CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Bearcats still haven't been betting underdogs this season and that continues with a 3.5 betting spread as favorites against No. 22 Dayton on Friday night. Fanduel released that opening line on Thursday afternoon.
Cincinnati is just 4-5 against the spread this season and 8-1 straight up after beating Xavier but failing to cover the seven-pount spread. UC has not covered a spread since beating Georgia Tech 81-58 on Nov. 23.
Meanwhile, Dayton is an impressive 8-3 ATS on the year and is 10-2 straight up, but just failed to cover at home in a win over UNLV.
Dayton covered and won as underdogs at Heritage Bank Arena last season and would love to do that again on Friday night at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU.
