Report: UC Guard Rob Phinisee Out With Broken Foot, Bryant Missing Six Players

The Bearcats face the Bulldogs at noon ET on Sunday.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats are going without backup guard Rob Phinisee for an undisclosed period of time. 

According to The Athletic and Bearcats Journal, the veteran broke his foot this week in practice after posting a season-high seven points against NJIT.

On the flip side UC is facing a very hampered Bryant team missing six players. Jon Rothstein reports the Bulldogs are dealing with a contagious illness thinning the ranks.

Cincinnati is a 9.5-point favorite on Sunday. The game tips off at noonET on ESPN+.
