CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Bearcats added a third wide receiver from the transfer portal to join Caleb Goodie and Cyrus Allen. Elite FCS wide receiver Jeff Caldwell out of Lindenwood committed to Cincinnati after getting offers from Oklahoma State, Georgia Tech, Memphis, and more.

The 2024 Walter Payton finalist for the best player at the FCS level just posted 53 receptions for 1,032 yards and 11 touchdowns. The 11 touchdowns ranked eighth-most in the country at the FCS. The Louisville, Ky. native compiled seven games with 99-plus receiving yards during the 2024 season and holds one year of eligibility.

The junior played 702 snaps in 2024, rounding out with a 74.2 PFF grade on the season. He's another long, athletic talent that could pop at this level with a 6-5, 198-pound frame.

Cincinnati is practicing what it preached a couple of weeks ago in the signing day press conferences by getting players who can separate and create big plays downfield.
