Look: Bearcats Linebacker Simeon Coleman Among College Football's Top Freshmen Performers in Week 13

He's been a clear success story from the 2024 season.

CINCINNATI — Freshman linebacker Simeon Coleman has been a nice bright spot for the team this season and that continued against Kansas State.

PFF pegged him as the seventh-highest-graded true freshman in college football from this past weekend (84.3 overall).

He posted six tackles and a half tackle for loss in the 41-15 loss to Kansas State. Coleman's been one of the team's best-run defenders in 2024 and has played a whopping 201 snaps as a true freshman.

It's amounted to a 69.4 overall grade (11th-best on UC's defense).
