CINCINNATI — Dontay Corleone is a part of the 2024 Bronko Nagurski Award and Outland Trophy watchlists. The former All-American and All-Big 12 talent is on the list, along with 74 other defensive standouts that could win the national Defensive Player of the Year award.

Corleone is working his way back from blood clots this summer after tallying 39 total tackles, three sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss, and one forced fumble last season.

Luke Kandra is catching eyes for his top award as well, landing on the Outland Trophy watchlist. The road grader ranked as the third-best Power Five guard last season (81.8) according to PFF, while starting all 12 games and leading UC with 79 knockdowns.

The Outland Trophy goes to the best interior offensive lineman and defensive lineman in the country following each college football season.
