CINCINNATI — The Bearcats have one of the best guards in the country as Luke Kandra earned second-team All-America honors from The Athletic and ESPN this week.

The Action Network had Kandra slotted as a top guard in the country on the first team.

Kandra was a third-team AP All-American last season after notching the third-best PFF grade of any power conference guard (81.8 overall). He is a main leader on this year's offense and could spearhead one of the nation's best-rushing attacks again.
