Report: Cincinnati Among Top Early Options For Indiana Transfer Donaven McCulley

The Bearcats may need some wide receiver help next season.

CINCINNATI — One of Brendan Sorsby's old teammates at Indiana is in the transfer portal and interested in Cincinnati. According to On3's Pete Nakos, Hoosier wide receiver Donaven McCulley has UC as an early contender along with Ole Miss, Missouri, Miami, Colorado, and Michigan.

McCulley can't play in any more games this season after redshirting, but would be an option in 2025 with his final year of eligibility.

The 6-5, 200-pound talent could be a nice replacement for Xzavier Henderson on the outside after tallying 48 catches for 644 yards and six touchdowns last season on his way to Big Ten Honorable Mention status.
