CINCINNATI — NFL Training Camps are in full swing and that means first days on the job for Bearcats rookies. 

New Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce started building chemistry early on this throw from Matt Ryan.

Two more Bearcats also received the star video treatment on Wednesday as Myjai Sanders and Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner got taped walking into the Arizona Cardinals and New York Jets facilities for their first days.
