CINCINNATI — The Browns are signing former Cincinnati Bearcats star defensive tackle Jowon Briggs to their practice squad. They waived him on Tuesday as part of final roster cuts.

Cleveland picked him in the seventh round (243rd overall) in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Cleveland has a deep defensive line room, but Briggs may help them at some point this season.
