Watch: Jowon Briggs Posts Most Bench Press Reps of Any NFL Draft Prospect This Cycle

Briggs has the best shot of any Bearcat to get drafted this year.

CINCINNATI —  Former Cincinnati defensive tackle Jowon Briggs flashed his strength at the 2024 Big 12 Pro Day this week with 42 unofficial reps on the bench press.

That is the most of any prospect so far this draft cycle to take the 225-pound test.

UPDATE: Briggs had an official number of 39 reps, which is still the most out of this class.

Briggs is the 308th-ranked player on the consensus big board and has the best shot of any Bearcat to get drafted in 2024.
