Colorado Buffaloes confronted at unknown team hotel by heckler yelling for Travis Hunter
The Colorado Buffaloes football team landed in western Washington yesterday and had no clue where they were outside the team hotel. Everyone looked to be confused as members of the team and support staff filed off the buses. They were even greeted by a man who was yelling for Travis Hunter. It caught the attention of Deion Sanders' personal security, Officer Rose, who stood on guard as the man was ushered away.
Nothing came from the odd incident that was captured by Well Off Media. In fact, Bucky AKA Deion Sanders, Jr., joked by saying if the man used Hunter's nickname "Saucy-T," he would've brought him out of the crowd.
Colorado hits a pivotal game to keep their bowl hopes alive on Friday night against Washington State. Both teams have a 4-6 record and need to win out for the postseason, along with looking to end their respective losing streaks. The Buffs have lost four straight, including three consecutive games to ranked opponents by a six-point average. The Cougars went 4-0 to start the season and haven't tasted victory since late September.
Deion Sanders and the Buffs face WSU in another 'Pac-12 After Dark' special. Kickoff is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
