Colorado's Shedeur Sanders named to 2023 Beats Elite class

Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders was named to Beats By Dre's inaugural “Beats Elite” class, per an announcement on Thursday. 

The Jackson State transfer is part of an eclectic roster of college football players, who double as brand ambassadors. Sanders was one of four Pac-12 QBs on the list, including USC Heisman winner Caleb Williams. The two elite passers will face off when the Trojans come to Boulder on Sept. 30. 

Sanders left JSU as the 2022 Deacon Jones Award winner. The youngest son of Coach Prime threw for 70 TDs over the past two years, earning a SWAC championship with the Tigers.
