WATCH: Deion Sanders' arrival highlighted in CU Football Fall Camp hype video
It all comes down to this. The start of CU Football's Fall Camp means there's officially one month before the Buffaloes take the field down in Fort Worth to open the 2023 season vs. TCU.
The Emmy Award-winning team from CU's video department put together a hype video that details the accomplishments for Deion Sanders over the past eight months. It gives a glimpse into what Colorado's football program has endured since Coach Prime arrived in Boulder.
A roster rejuvenation with over 70 new players and a majority of those coming from the transfer portal. Colorado finished the first practice of Fall Camp on Wednesday and is scheduled to conclude the session prior to the start of the season.
Sanders is approaching his first season at CU after leaving Jackson State, where he posted a 27-6 record over the past three years. The first FBS coaching opportunity for the Hall of Famer, who turns 56 next week.
After going 1-11 in 2022, CU is poised to pull off one of the single greatest turnarounds in college football history. The program's last bowl appearance came on the heels of a 10-4 season in 2016. Colorado was dealt a 38-8 loss in that year's Alamo Bowl to Oklahoma State, which was the only postseason appearance in past 15 seasons.
