Deion Sanders says he loves everything about Travis Kelce

Coach Prime said the superstar tight end is like a little brother to him

The spotlight has never shined brighter than it is right now for Travis Kelce.

The Kansas City Chiefs star is being paid more attention than anyone right now. You can call it the "Swift Effect" because who he's currently dating, but he's also receiving recognition from a football GOAT, who's also the talk of the college football world.

You'll find it incredible that just days ago, in completely unrelated interviews, these two icons were glowingly discussing one another.

On the Pat McAfee show, the future Hall of Fame tight end said, “You see the military and they’re all well put together, it’s an intimidating look. I think Deion Sanders has taken that approach at the college level, which is even more important. Let these young knuckleheads know this isn’t how you do it at a professional level.”

Kelce was discussing Andy Reid’s commitment to excellence by never talking the small things for granted. He went on to say about Sanders, “Man, how fun has it been watching that guy? It’s making college football so much more fun. It’s must see TV."

Meanwhile, Deion Sanders told Taylor Rooks from Bleacher Report, “I would like Kelce to play with Shedeur and Shilo…..Travis Kelce is IT man. I love everything about Travis Kelce. He’s like a little brother to me. I’m serious. He’s like the guy I can call at any time and be like, hey dawg, whatcha doing? He’s always in a good mood and he just dominates every weekend. He has that je ne sais quoi off the field and I love that. I love his brother too and their mom."

Two superstars, both under immense pressure, and though they’re a full generation apart, they’re available and encourage one another.

If there was ever a week for one of those phone calls, this is the one.
