ESPN College GameDay: Sights and Sounds from Boulder

An eventful morning with Coach Prime and The Rock stealing the show
In this story:

ESPN College GameDay returned to Boulder for the first time this century with a bang. An electric show with all the theatrics of a major hollywood production. Deion Sanders joined the crew on stage and talked about his rise at CU. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stole the show right out from under Coach Prime with theme music and everything.

The emotions were also running high with Sanders talking about the lead-up to Saturday's game. Colorado State coach Jay Norvell took a shot at Prime for his attire of hat and glasses during press conferences. As you can imagine, it didn't sit well and will be an open storyline until after the game, when Sanders said "Keep the cameras rolling" for the postgame handshake.

It was Lee Corso's 400th headgear pick of his career. A special milestone for the longtime ESPN analyst, who thanked his superiors for allowing him to be on the show after suffering a stroke over a decade ago. The crown roared when Corso put on Chip the Buffalo. He was overcome with emotions in the moment.

No. 18 Colorado welcomes winless Colorado State in Folsom Field for the latest edition of the Rocky Mountain Showdown at 10 p.m. on Saturday night.
