Coach Prime turns 56 today

In honor of Deion Sanders turning a year older, let’s look back at some of the great moments in Coach Prime history!

First up, last year’s birthday!

When it comes to Shilo, I’m pretty sure Coach Prime anticipates some shenanigans. He did not disappoint.

But, when it was time to celebrate, Shilo came through in the clutch!

However, much like on Father’s Day, Deiondra made the day extra special for Dad.

And, of course, there was this adorable shoutout from his longtime love, Tracey Edmonds.

Deion was selected fifth overall by the Atlanta Falcons in the 1989 NFL draft. If you haven’t heard the story of what he told the New York Giants after they handed him a playbook to review, you’re missing out.

We can never forget Prime’s classic lip sync battle with Justin Bieber!

Or how he responded to Tony Romo following criticism over Prime’s tackling techniques.

He seemed genuinely moved after being selected to the GQ Style Hall of Fame.

But, what is it about Deion that everyone finds so captivating? It must be the money?

And his great sense of humor.
