Terrell Owens pays a visit to Deion Sanders at Colorado

The Hall-of-Famers caught up and took in practice

The Colorado Buffaloes had a special guest at practice on Monday. None other than the ever popular Hall of fame receiver Terrell Owens.

While T.O. wasn't hands on like he typically was in his playing days, he was observing the CU players work from afar on a golf cart. The relationship between Owens and Deion Sanders goes back to their playing days. Never as teammates but stars for the same two franchises in separate eras.

Owens is no stranger to Sanders' coaching ventures. He made many trips to Jackson State to be there with his old time friend. T.O. even coached at Prime's camp in Mississippi a few years back.

A lot of experience with both Owens and Sanders in the same building. Colorado's receiver room benefits the most by having both to ask about one-on-one battles. There was a time each of them dominated in the NFL with T.O. often putting on a show.

Sanders' Buffs are coming off the first full week of Fall Camp with a renewed sense of optimism just weeks before the opener with TCU. It's Coach Prime's debut with all of his assistants joining him on the sidelines in Fort Worth.
