Colorado's Myles Slusher enters transfer portal

Myles Slusher will be headed elsewhere next season and has decided to hit the transfer portal on Monday night.
The Colorado Buffaloes safety who was part of Deion Sanders' initial transfer portal wave from Arkansas had an injury-ridden season last year. Despite the setbacks, Slusher was able to record 17 tackles with a sack and a PDU in four games for the Buffs. He was credited with a huge fourth down stop on the final possession in the upset over TCU to open the season.
Slusher, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound physical defender, has 110 tackles, 3.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and two INTs in his career. He came to Boulder along with Razorback teammate Jordan Domineck, who's currently part of CU's NFL Draft prospect pool. The duo were two of the best defensive players from last year's haul.
This leaves the Buffs with a lack of true depth middle of the secondary before the Spring Game. Shilo Sanders and Preston Hodge are projected starters, with rumors that Omarion Cooper will be sliding over from his cornerback position. The FSU transfer started opposite Travis Hunter last year, but it seems Oklahoma State transfer D.J. McKinney will be getting immediate reps.
Slusher will have two years of eligibility remaining when the portal reopens.
